Business plans
We provide services in the five main areas of the hotel business, the culture business, the future succession business, the tourism/regional migration business, and the restaurant business. We are experiencing firsthand how the ability to imagine, create and transmit images of the future through the urban development of Toyama is impacting society.
This process of bringing multi-perspective ideas one by one to fruition by the members gathered together to awaken Toyama is a truly thrilling experience. We hope to share this experience with everyone and together make Japan a thoroughly thrilling place.
Uramon (Back Gate) Project
We renovated a property close to the University of Toyama campus in Gofuku, Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture, and in April 2021, opened a members-only bar to connect business leaders with students. Under the concept of a “Uramon (back gate)” for business leaders and students that will lead to a new world, we created a new place for holding social gatherings.
MORE INFORMATIONJoshi Park Project
We have been commissioned with the management of Joshi Park, located in Honmaru, Toyama City, as the designated administrator . This project collaborates with four companies operating in Toyama to create a new vibrant atmosphere for the park. Under the concept of “An out-of-the-ordinary experience in the city,” we will employ various devices to create new value for the park in order to attract people constantly.
Workcation
We are proposing a workcation project to the Ministry of the Environment and Toyama Prefecture as a way of increasing the population relocating to Toyama Prefecture as well as those who have various connections with Toyama. Currently, we are involving local enterprises and conducting tours as part of public-private sector efforts. Under the concept of “Traveling around and living in Toyama,” we are proposing new workstyles, relocation and regional migration, and communicating the appeal of Toyama through the whole project.
MORE INFORMATIONBiBiBi&JURULi
In February 2021, together with Oarks Co., Ltd., a local ceremonial functions operator, we established Toyama to Eat . In the same year, we opened the restaurant Bibibi & Juruli on the premises of the Toyama Prefectural Museum of Art & Design. Bibibi & Juruli is not just a restaurant but a place that stimulates the senses through art and whets the appetite through eats. We focused on “art & eats” and we will offer collaborative menus that are linked to special exhibitions of the museum. Art will be experienced by eating and new art experiences will be borne inspired by eating. We will create value for new art experiences through eating.
